Do you offer in person or virtual therapy?

We offer both. Our office in Metuchen, New Jersey is available for in person appointments. Our location is easily accessible from all over central New Jersey. Alternatively, if you’re anywhere in the state of New Jersey at the time of your session, online or virtual counseling is available.

Do you accept insurance?

Mindful Connections is an out-of-network provider. We do not participate directly with any insurance companies. If you do not have out-of-network benefits or opt to not utilize your out-of-network benefits, reduced fee options may be available.

What are your fees?

Our fees for 45-50 minute sessions are as follows:
Master’s Level Therapist – $165
Associate Licensed Therapist – $145-155
Therapy Intern – $65

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards, cash, check, and Zelle. Payment is due at the time of service.

What is your cancellation policy?

Mindful Connections reserves your appointment for you and only you. Because of this, 24-hours’ notice is required for cancellations. Failure to appear for your appointment or cancelling without 24-hours’ notice will result in a charge for the full session fee. Thank you for your understanding.

How Do I Get Started?

You can call via phone, email, or fill out a request on our contact page. We will get back to you within 1 business day (excluding holidays) for a phone consultation. The initial phone consultation with one of our compassionate team members is complementary and helps us learn more about how we can help. This initial phone consultation includes telling us about what you’ve been struggling with, or what you hope to achieve. Our team members will then match you with one of our in person New Jersey therapists.
