Insurance and Fees

Mindful Connections is an out-of-network provider. Depending on your insurance plan, your sessions may be partially covered by your out-of-network benefits. It is recommended that you call your insurance company to inquire about your out-of-network coverage. Be sure to ask about your out-of-network deductible, as well as reimbursement percentage.
If you choose to utilize your out-of-network benefits, you will be provided with a receipt after every payment. These receipts can be submitted to your insurance provider or Flexible Spending Account.


Cash, checks, and Zelle (through your bank) are accepted. No credit or debit cards, please. Payment is due at the time of service. If you do not have out-of-network benefits or opt to not utilize your out-of-network benefits, reduced fee options may be available.

Cancellation policy

Mindful Connections reserves your appointment for you and only you. Because of this, 24-hours’ notice is required for cancellations. Failure to appear for your appointment or cancelling without 24-hours’ notice will result in a charge for the full session fee. Thank you for your understanding.
