Mindful Connections Counseling is in-network with Aetna. We are out-of-network with other insurance companies. Contact us for a free 15-minute consultation, which includes checking your insurance benefits in real-time.
If you do not have out-of-network benefits or opt to not utilize your out-of-network benefits, reduced fee options may be available.
Fees
Our fees for 45-50 minute sessions are as follows:
Master’s Level Therapist – $175
Associate Licensed Therapist – $155
Therapy Intern – $25
Payment Methods
We accept credit/debit cards, cash, check, and Zelle. Payment is due at the time of service.
Cancellation policy
Mindful Connections reserves your appointment for you and only you. Because of this, 24-hours’ notice is required for cancellations. Failure to appear for your appointment or canceling without 24-hours’ notice will result in a charge for the full session fee. Thank you for your understanding.
