Maybe you’re the person who keeps everyone else together, but it feels like you’re falling apart inside.

Do you feel weighed down by expectations, disconnected in your relationships, or caught in cycles of worry or sadness?

I know what it’s like to face seasons of uncertainty and struggle, driving my passion for creating a space where you feel truly seen. My role as your counselor is to sit with you in those hard places, offer understanding without judgment, and help you uncover new ways of coping that feel authentic and empowering to you.

I believe everyone carries resilience and strength within them, even when it feels hidden by life’s challenges. In our work together, we will uncover those strengths and find meaningful ways to move forward, heal, and grow.

Working with me means collaboration. I want to meet you where you are, emotionally, mentally, and personally, so our sessions feel tailored to your unique needs. Together, we’ll set goals, explore challenges openly, and find practical tools that actually fit your life. I’m the therapist who might notice when you’re holding your breath during difficult topics, or who will celebrate with you when you finally send that text you’ve been avoiding for weeks.

I help clients deepen their understanding of themselves, strengthen their relationships, and build skills that bring relief, confidence, and hope. I am especially passionate about working with children, teens, and women, helping them find their voice, build self-worth, and feel more empowered in their everyday lives. Throughout my experiences,  I’ve seen how even in the most difficult moments, growth and healing are possible, and I bring a hopeful, positive outlook into the work I do with every client.

I provide a safe and nonjudgmental space where you can truly be yourself. Together, we will:

  • Reflect on what’s happening in your life
  • Problem-solve challenges
  • Practice coping skills
  • Discover healthy ways to navigate difficulties

My goal is to make therapy feel like a supportive and collaborative journey where you don’t have to carry the weight on your own.

Education And Experience

I graduated from the University of South Carolina with a B.A. in Psychology. I am now currently pursuing my M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Rutgers University.

Through years of babysitting and caring for children (including my younger siblings), I’ve learned that sometimes the most profound conversations happen during the “small” moments, while making snacks or during bedtime routines. I bring this same attention to the everyday struggles that often hold the most meaning.

In my free time, I love spending time with family, taking long walks, and relaxing at the beach. These moments of mindfulness and connection help me stay grounded and present, values I also bring into my work with clients.

I believe therapy should feel less like being under a microscope and more like having coffee with someone who truly gets it, except I’m trained to help you figure out what comes next.
