Restore & Reconnect: A Couples Intensive

Break the Cycle. Find Harmony in Your Relationship.

You love each other but can’t seem to stop hurting each other.

One person shuts down, the other gets louder. Different topics, same pattern. You’re stuck. And stuck can be unstuck.

Is This You?

  • You feel more like roommates than partners
  • You don’t remember the last time you connected to your partner without distractions
  • You feel stuck and unable to continue unless serious changes are made
  • The same argument keeps happening over and over again
  • One of you shuts down while the other gets louder, and neither feels heard
  • Small disagreements escalate into big fights, and you don’t know how to stop

Eleven women, all therapists, stand in a row outdoors in front of a porch, wearing matching Mindful Connections Counseling t-shirts and smiling, with one holding a sign displaying the organization's logo.

What Is Restore & Reconnect?

A Focused 4-Week Journey to Break Your Cycle

Over four weeks, we’ll help you see your cycle clearly, understand the emotional fears driving your conflicts, heal the raw spots keeping you disconnected, and build new patterns of safety and connection.

We go deeper than communication skills. We help you reconnect emotionally so you naturally treat each other better.

FAQ: Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Can I use insurance?
A: This is a self-pay specialty program. Insurance typically only covers standard 50 to 60 minute sessions. The intensive is comparable in cost to regular sessions and includes more structure and materials.

Q: How does the $899 intensive compare to regular therapy sessions?
A: Our standard couples therapy sessions are $155 for 60 minutes. The intensive includes four 90-minute sessions (six total hours) plus all materials and tools. Six regular sessions would cost $930, so the intensive saves you money while providing deeper, more structured work.

Q: Why should I choose the intensive over regular weekly therapy?
A: The intensive works well when you feel stuck in patterns, want focused work, prefer 90-minute sessions for deeper conversations, learn well with structured homework, or want faster results with weekly momentum. Regular therapy works well for complex trauma, longer-term support of six months or more, or when individual work is needed alongside couples work.

Q: What if we need to cancel?
A: Your $200 deposit is fully refundable if you cancel at least 7 days before the program start date. After that, the deposit is non-refundable as we’ve reserved your spot and prepared your materials.

Q: What happens after the 4 weeks?
A: You’ll leave with a clear understanding of your cycle, tools to interrupt conflict patterns, and a personalized 30-Day Relationship Roadmap. Many couples continue with monthly or as-needed maintenance sessions. Others maintain progress on their own.

Q: How do I know if this is right for us?
A: Schedule a free 15-minute discovery call. We’ll discuss your specific situation, assess fit, and answer any questions. No obligation to enroll.

Q: What if we can’t make all 4 sessions?
A: Commitment to all sessions is required for the program to be effective. The structured format depends on weekly momentum and building on previous sessions. Rescheduling is not available.

Q: Is this therapy or coaching?
A: This is therapy using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), documented and provided by a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist.
